Installed two new stair towers, a new elevator and excavated portions of the basement to be converted to living areas
New lobby a two story entrance, vestibule and grand lobby was created
New openings were created in the bearing walls and the main entrance was relocated; this involved underpinning and needle shoring
Historical building built in 1912, the team worked diligently to match the exterior windows profiles, slate roof and brown stone facade
