Phase 3 of the Simmons University Master Plan Enabling Project
Continuation of the enabling work in the Main Campus – West and LeFavour buildings
Restructure the existing spaces for new classroom, office, lab and support spaces
Rework the campus main utilities adding a new electrical switch yard, new chilled water plant, emergency power source and rerouted steam to feed the campus
Campus remained open and operational
Laboratory types include: Neuroscience, Biochemistry/Cell Biology, General Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Micro Genetics, General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Synthesis, Nutrition Lab, Physical Therapy lab, Physics lab Behavioral Teaching Lab, and Faculty Research labs
Nursing Labs include: Home health Simulation lab, Emergency room Sim lab, Med Surgical sim lab, Pediatric Sim lab, ICU Sim Lab, Skills Lab, Health assessment sim lab
