Beatley Library & Lefavour Hall
- Razed existing two-story Beatley Building to construct a new five-story library in its place
- Created an interim library in Lefavour Hall complete with utilities and communication system relocations
- New Beatley Library is a concrete structure constructed via a pan slab system
- Glass curtainwall, brick, limestone and metal panels
- State-of-the-art library includes high-tech classrooms, function space, a lecture area, offices, photo lab, computer labs
- Connections to Lefavour Hall and the Main Campus Building
- Beatley and Lefavour buildings share common open spaces as well as a new, main mechanical and electrical room
- Lefavour Hall remained open throughout the 20-month construction duration
