Renovation and modification of existing office and laboratory space
90,000 SF office renovation
Laboratory renovation included all new freezer farm, cryo storage, HD file room, maintenance workshop, 5,000 SF vivarium, new -20 freezer, lab areas and colony holding rooms
Reinforced steel had to be installed in the parking level to support the new HD file room
Work also included a new LN2 (liquid nitrogen) distribution piping installation and the installation of a new rooftop AHU
