Scope includes waterproofing 24,000 square-feet of new plaza and pedestrian areas and expansion of the building lobby consisting of new lighting and stone work
Project difficulties include working within strict timelines as not to impact the existing residential towers, eye surgery facility, retirement home, parking lot and St. Joseph’s church
