Extensive preconstruction surveying and coordination with the architects, interior designers, and engineers
Building was stripped to the core, sparing only the unique architectural details that were incorporated into the new design
All new HVAC, electrical and life safety systems were installed
The exterior site was extensively redone with brick walks, plantings and lighting
Since completing the original building renovation, LKCo. completed several interior fit-outs for tenants including Donna Karan, Calvin Klein, Vestimenta, Zegna, The Sotto Shop, Ralph Lauren, Luciano Barbera, Prada and Café Louis
