Qualified candidates with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience inclusive of ground up new construction and renovation experience for life sciencess/lab projects in the $30-$60 million range. BS in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordination of complete construction efforts to ensure each project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Provide overall direction for the project both administratively and technically while enforcing company/project policies, maintain the budget through the guidance of subordinate management and along with the superintendent be responsible for overall project supervision. Developing a strong relationship with the client and design team is a must as well as having exceptional communication skills and experience in the pre-construction phase, (conceptualizing, scheduling, negotiation, buy-outs, contracts and project set-ups). The ideal candidate must be computer literate with the most current computer programs such as MS Office products, Viewpoint, Suretrak, Expedition, BIM experience with specific training in Revit and Navisworks. Project Management experience within the New England market.
